Our service is fully tracked and monitored via GTAGSM. Though tracking events may be limited at certain points due to the zoneskip nature of the shipment, we can open up a trace request to obtain the latest update, if needed. 

Package says it was delivered, but it is not there. What should I do?

In case of an undelivered package, we launch an inquiry with the carrier to determine the cause of the issue and will update you with the results within 1-2 business days. We always suggest that your recipient look into nearby neighbors and other delivery points in the vicinity for further information.

What happens if my parcel couldn't be delivered to a provided address?

Returns are consolidated and shipped back to us on a regular basis, typically taking up to a month to arrive. This allows us to offer a low return fee.

What will happen if the carrier lost my package?

If you have selected the ShipShop Protection option, you are eligible to file a claim for a lost shipment. We encourage you to submit your request as soon as possible. Unfortunately, without the ShipShop Protection, there are no carrier insurance options available and no reimbursement can be provided.

Is it possible change delivery address for a parcel that is in transit?

We can submit an address change request to the carrier, however there is no guarantee that the address will be successfully updated or that the package can be intercepted. Should the parcel be delivered to the incorrect address, we unfortunately cannot retrieve the package. If the package is returned due to the incorrect address, we will have to wait for its return, which may take up to one month.

Can I use ShipShop Economy Standard Shipping as an Amazon Seller?

It is not advisable for Amazon sellers to use this carrier, as it is not registered on Amazon's platform. However, it is permissible for use on Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces, provided the marketplace does not require a registered carrier.

What are the dimensions and weight allowed for my package?

We can ship up to 50lbs with a maximum combined length and width of 120 inches.

Does ShipShop Economy Standard Shipping deliver to P.O. boxes?

We regret to inform you that our Economy Standard service does not offer delivery to PO Boxes. We advise customers to use Canada Post for shipments to PO Boxes, however, this service is limited to rural areas.
